Eye : The Champagne has a luminous and dense pale gold color with deep yellow-green reflections.
Nose : lt is iodized and reveals pastry notes evoking candied lemon, pastry cream with kirsch cherry. The aeration reveals more substance through jasmine and sweet spices.
Mouth : The Champagne develops a fruity structure revealing a sensation of fulfillment and richness carried by a fresh vibration typical of the vintage.
