Champagne Philippe Gonet Cuvée TER Noir

1/3 of Chardonnay Grand Cru from Le Mesnil sur Oger - 3g/L - Blend: 2012, 2013 & 2014. Vinification without malolactic fermentation & during 6 months in oak foudre(60Hl) to preserve the pure aromas of each vine varieties. Ageing 5 years on lies. Pale yelow, the prologue makes a nice creamy line from the bottom. The nose is dominated by white fruits. Opens on almond notes and grilled almond with hints of dry apricots slightly cocoated. The mouth is tender and round, lives a sensation of smoothness and silky texture. The raspberry dominates the fresh and long finish. 91/100 Robert Parker
