Champagne Philippe Gonet Cuvée TER Blanc

2/3 Chardonnay Grand Cru & 1/3 Premier Cru - 3g/L - Blend: 2012, 2013 & 2014. Vinification without malolactic fermentation to preserve the pure aromas of the Chardonnay and highlight the terroir and during 6 months in oak foudre ( 60Hl). Ageing 5 years on lies. Pale yellow with green light. Elegant nose, fine, fresh nuts, subtle vanilla aromas which introduce fresh citrus fruits like grapefruit and lime. The smooth mouth lives quickly the place to the lively freshness. The end on the white flowers has a great salinity which comes from the chalk. 93/100 Robert Parker
